These pictures were taken on January 5th, 2008 Dreary, dreary day as rain takes away the whipped cream snow we were blessed with last week...

I was last here...
Walls, roofing,
windows ~ it
looks more like a
church every day!
This is from the
drive, straight
east toward the
offices area. ==>
<=== Just inside that door,
still looking east down the
hallway which will hold the
offices and classrooms
along the north end (street
side) of the building.
Turning right, this is along
the main hallway toward
the front entrance from the
portico. The sanctuary is
on the immediate left, with
the social hall beyond it.
Lots of water, mud, and
slush - dangerous walking!
===>
<===
This is inside at the northeast
corner of the building, looking
straight south toward the rear
of the building. The sanctuary
is on the immediate right, with
the social hall beyond.
This is just inside the
sanctuary from the
previous shot, so I'm
standing in the northeast
corner where the dais will
be. It's difficult to see,
but those very high
trusses are slightly
arched upward in the
middle. It will be a very
nice feature, I think. ==>
Also, very high in the
sanctuary and social hall east
and west walls are these
windows which will give a little
natural light to our services
and events.
<===
This is from the
sanctuary out the front
doors and under the
portico. From here,
we will watch ours
members alight and
walk into the church
protected from the
weather. Won't it be
grand??? ===>
A multicultural success story
